Professional development of every facilitator is long life process. That means that this workshop is one single part of our personal and professional development.
Every person who is directly or indirectly involved in the education must be familiar with new challenges of contemporary world.
In my practice I had lot of chances to learn very much theoretical things about facilitating, but very few things about methodology of its planning and adjustment to its consumers.
This workshop can provide us new knowledge, skills and strategies which can help us to improve our professional work in this moment, but also ideas for developing strategies for everyday changes.
Of course, the basic challenge is placed in everyone who must find his own way of moving forward and make creative education environment compatible with the needs and interests of the students.
Also, sharing different ideas and experience is always productive and helpful tool for my professional growth.

I agree with Anita that sharing ideas is productive tool for professional growth. During the process we know that we experience something, interpret it, and make conclusions about it without even noticing that we have learned something new :)
